Produce for September 6 and 10, 2016

Sadly, the time has come to change our Tuesday evening market hours. On Tuesday, September 6 we open at 6:30 pm and close at 8:00 pm. Please drop by on the 6th for a special treat – music by the CKUA Ukelele Band! This week’s recipe features basil (fingers crossed overnight temps don’t dip too low). Please remember to bring your own bags!

The garden market is open Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Regular market hours for the remainder of the season will be Tuesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

For those of you who haven’t visited the Garden before, we are located on the South Campus of the University of Alberta. Enter the University Farm off 60th Ave. Turn left at the T intersection (118th St) and you can’t miss it (we’re just across the road from the old barn).
