The days are getting shorter so please note the change to our market hours on Tuesday evenings. This Tuesday we’re opening at 6:30 pm and closing at 8:00 pm. The days later this week will be cooler – perfect for soup! The attached recipe for Portugese kale soup features one of our many varieties of kale, Couve Portuguesa.
