Produce for September 5 and 9, 2017

Now that September is here, it’s a good time to come by for some of our frost-prone produce – basil, cucumbers and zucchini – before it’s too late! The shorter days also mean a change to our Tuesday evening market hours: on Tuesday, September 5 we open at 6:30 pm and close at 8:00 pm.

If you are interested in a large quantity of an item, just check with one of our volunteers first in case quantities are limited. Thank you for your understanding!

Also, please help us by bringing your own bags. And, if you have clean plastic bags to spare we can always use them.

The garden market is open: Tuesday, September 5, 2017 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

Market hours for the remainder of the season will be: Tuesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

For those of you who haven’t visited the Garden before, we are located on the South Campus of the University of Alberta. Enter the University Farm off 60th Ave. Turn left at the T intersection (118th St) and you can’t miss it (we’re just across the road from the old barn).
