Produce for October 4 and 8, 2016

Please note tomorrow’s market opens at 6:00 pm and closes at 7:00 pm. This is the last Tuesday market of the season. We’ll have bulk sales of some vegetables: – beets (see our recipe for borscht!), potatoes and GREEN tomatoes – come & fill up a bag with about 10 lbs for $10.00. Rain, snow, or shine, we’ll be open this Saturday – Happy Thanksgiving to all! Please remember to BYOB(ags). Any extra bags that you can bring us would be most appreciated. We never seem to have enough. Thank you!!

The garden market is open Tuesday, October 4, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

For those of you who haven’t visited the Garden before, we are located on the South Campus of the University of Alberta. Enter the University Farm off 60th Ave. Turn left at the T intersection (118th St) and you can’t miss it (we’re just across the road from the old barn).
